iamjasonvaughan.com is the official website for independent R&B artist Jason Vaughan. The site provides information about Jason Vaughan's music, podcast, press, visuals, mailing list, and direct-to-fan digital music products.

Digital music purchases

Direct store products are downloadable MP3 music files. Product titles, descriptions, and prices are shown before purchase. Prices shown on the site and at checkout are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are processed through Stripe.

After a successful payment is verified, the site provides access to the purchased digital file through a protected download process. No physical product is shipped.

License for purchased music

A direct MP3 purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to listen to and store that copy for your own lawful personal use. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the song, recording, composition, artwork, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share as a downloadable file, sublicense, or claim ownership of purchased music without written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Refunds and delivery issues

Refunds and delivery issues are governed by the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy. If a purchased file cannot be delivered, is corrupted, or is the wrong track, contact iamjasonvaughan@gmail.com.

Site content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the music, text, graphics, branding, artwork, and other original content on this site are owned by or used with permission of their respective rights holders.
