Refund & Digital Delivery Policy

This policy applies to direct digital music purchases made through iamjasonvaughan.com. The products currently sold through the site are downloadable Jason Vaughan MP3 tracks. Prices shown on the site and at checkout are in U.S. dollars (USD). No physical product is shipped.

Digital delivery

After Stripe confirms a successful payment, the purchase-complete page verifies the checkout session and makes the protected MP3 available for download. Delivery is normally available immediately after payment verification.

If the download does not become available, the file is corrupted, or you receive the wrong track, contact iamjasonvaughan@gmail.com with the email used for the purchase and enough information to identify the transaction. We will work to restore access or provide the correct file.

Refund eligibility

Because the products are digital files that can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once the digital product has been successfully delivered. A refund may be provided when:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• the purchased file cannot be delivered or remains unusable after reasonable troubleshooting;
• you received a different product from the one purchased; or
• a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

For the fastest resolution, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase when possible. Refund requests are reviewed using the purchase and delivery records associated with the transaction.

Change-of-mind requests

Once a digital track has been successfully delivered or downloaded, refunds are not ordinarily provided solely because a customer changes their mind, dislikes the song, or no longer wants the file, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If you do not recognize a charge or believe there is a payment error, contact iamjasonvaughan@gmail.com promptly. Payments are processed through Stripe, and additional verification may be required to locate or review a transaction.
